Recognizing the serious concerns that COVID-19 is causing around the world, we would like to emphasize our commitment to the health and safety of all our customers and employees in these uncertain times. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this terrible virus, their families and loved ones.
Taking care of you before and during your stay
We want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the situation with respect to COVID-19 and are applying the guidelines of global and local health authorities to ensure that we are prepared to deal with the current circumstances. Our top priority is the well-being and safety of our customers and employees at all times. We have implemented social distancing measures on the ground, Plexiglas proctections at the reception and bar, and one-way traffic flow on the floors.
All our employees are equipped with masks, and every work outfit is cleaned at the end of each service. All contact points (door handles, keypads for access codes, switches, etc.) are regularly disinfected. Public areas (reception hall, reception desk, stairs) are disinfected by spraying a virucidal disinfectant product NF EN 14476. Hydroalcoholic antiseptic gel is made available to customers at several points in the establishment.
BEFORE your arrival:
Your room is completely disinfected, all surfaces and points of contact with a virucidal detergent EN 14476. The mattress and furniture are sprayed with a fine solution EN 14476.
On arrival:
Wearing a mask is compulsory in the common areas, each guest is required to disinfect their hands each time they enter the hotel.
If you do not have a mask, single-use surgical masks are available at the reception desk for the unit price of 0.95 €.
The establishment reserves the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to comply with this compulsory protocol.
DURING your stay:
The daily housekeeping service is provided in accordance with the new regulations. Each time you leave your room, you should open the windows to ventilate the room and allow our staff to carry out their work.
Catering - Breakfast:
We provide a breakfast buffet from 07H00 to 10H00 (Monday to Friday) and 07H30 to 10H30 (weekends and public holidays). Wearing a mask is compulsory when you move in the breakfast area and hand disinfection on arrival.
Only one table at a time is allowed at the buffet, the cutlery is disinfected between two tables.
Arrival and departure time:
We are currently operating in reduced manpower, our opening hours during this period are modified as follows:
Check-in: 16H00 - 21H30
Check-out : 07H00 - 11H00
Arrivals before or after the indicated times are not possible during this period, thank you for your understanding.
Therefore, we are taking maximum precautions, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization and health professionals.
All our employees have been given specific guidelines and reinforced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place in order to ensure safe and clean environments for all our customers and employees.
Flexibility for your travels
We have offered and will continue to offer flexible terms and conditions with our best available rate. However, due to the uncertainty of the situation, we offer flexible terms and conditions applicable to all bookings.
